Ok ok, so it might look like I am tooting my own horn but I couldn’t resist sharing this. A few weeks ago, Angela (from Leeloo) and myself put on a little exhibition DisBand, featuring 16 Australian artists as well as a fancy little mid-century installation. All the artists created new works based on the theme of “break ups” and the installation (created by us) represented the apartment of a couple undergoing a break-up.
While the theme may have been a little depressing, the opening night was full of smiles and excitement. Don’t feel too sad that you missed the opening, some of the originals are still available for sale online at Leeloo.com.au!

Hello there! It’s your N.E.E.T. Beauty Blogger Jeanee with some awesome packaging from a natural beauty line called Love & Toast. Love & Toast is designed by multi-talented “brand author” Margot Elena, the mastermind behind high concept bath and beauty brands such as Lollia and TokyoMilk.

The design of Love & Toast has a very loose, bright, spontaneous and very “now” look – full of bright colors, simple iconography and a nod to the ‘80’s – and the fragrances are super fun too: gin blossom, honey coconut and sugar grapefruit.
Love & Toast has not only beautifully designed natural beauty products – it’s also environmentally friendly. Almost all of the Love & Toast packaging is recyclable, the paperboard is made from annually renewable and sustainable resources, and Margot Elena chose to use vegetable ink because it has proven to be most kind to our eco system as it is derived from a wide variety of sustainable crops.
1. ‘Sugar Grapefruit’ Hand Cream $9.00 2. ‘Cherry Lemonade’ Lip Balm $9.00 3. Roller ball Perfumes in ‘Candied Citron’, ‘Clementine Crush’ and ‘Honey Nectar’ $12.00 each 4. Eau de Perfumes in ‘Mandarin Tea’, ‘Gin Blossom’ and ‘Pomme Poivre’ $32.00 each
